The Importance of Detox, a Free Wellness Seminar at Greens N Grains, April 17

Are you struggling with fatigue, chronic pain, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), obesity, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, brain fog, bloating, depression, or diabetes? You might be toxic!

Nicole James, CFMP, CNC and wellness therapist at Sturgeon Bay’s Center for Optimal Health will present a seminar at Greens N Grains on Thursday, April 17 that will discuss the most effective ways to detox and cleanse your body.

Whole-body cleansing, colon cleansing, liver cleansing, diet cleansing, stress cleansing… choosing from a multitude of possibilities is challenging. Nicole will show you how to select the right cleanse for you based on your symptoms, habits and the foods you eat.

She will explain how a safe, natural detox uses herbs and other foods to enhance your body’s built-in purification system without depleting the beneficial nutrients that might leave you feeling tired or fatigued. Then, she will provide a collection of lifestyle techniques to keep your detox engine purring.

“Detoxifying your body is the safe way to lose weight and feel great!” says Nicole James. “Come to Greens N Grains at 1 pm on Thursday to learn more about the importance of detox.”
