We do sell some beautiful breads baked on Washington Island. They are made of organic wheat grtown on the Island, stone ground and baked in a wood fired brick oven. So perhaps that could be your solution... I don't know of any websites where you could order freshly ground flours - sorry. Each summer when visiting my mother, I suffer through 4 weeks of American bread!! This year I have ordered a bread machine and wish to make my own. Please let me know if you are able to sell me grains and grind as well. If not, could you please recommend an internet address for ordering?
